Progetto NET4FEU – New European Tools for the Financial Interest of the EU
Si pubblicano in questa sessione una serie di articoli scientifici sui temi oggetto del progetto di ricerca 2023-IT-NET4FEU, Call: EUAF-2023-TRAI, New European Tools for the Financial Interests of the EU. Alcuni contributi sono in lingua inglese, altri sono in lingua italiana, anche in relazione alla necessità di raggiungere un ampio numero di lettori (non tutti sono attratti dalla letteratura in lingua straniera), per avvicinarli alle questioni affrontate dal progetto di ricerca, ovvero il rapporto tra l’uso di tecnologie digitali e la lotta ai reati finanziari, in particolare quelli che ledono gli interessi finanziari dell’Unione europea.
This section collects a number of papers about the topics of the EU funded project 2023-IT-NET4FEU, Call: EUAF-2023-TRAI, New European Tools for the Financial Interests of the EU. Some papers are in English, some others are in Italian, also with regard to the need to reach out for large numbers of readers (not any reader is at ease reading in foreign languages), in order to let them familiarize with the topics of the research, i.e. the use of digital technologies and data analytics, for the purpose of combating financial crimes and, in particular, crimes affecting the financial interests of the EU.
